Nestled in the Sunset Point neighborhood, this house is in a great location to surf and enjoy Hawaii's Sunset Beach coast line. We are truly on Sunset Point the ocean side of Kamehameha highway between Backyards beach and the bike path. Only 300 feet from the beach access! Just a 2 minute walk to the beach with no highway to cross. This beautiful property is in a prime spot for surfing of all levels and/or swimming with the kids and exploring the tide pools. We are just a few houses back from Backyards surf break and a 3 minute walk to Sunset Point Surf Break. If you hop on the bike path you can access V-land, Rockies, Pipeline and Waimea Bay with in a few minutes. Additionally, we are a 2 minute walk from famous Ted's bakery and short drive to the grocery store Foodland. Plus don't forget your skate board one of the best skate parks on the Island is only 2 miles away! Hiking is also very close and accessible. Very cute dogs live on the property but have no access to the rental. Our sweet and simple property has been remodeled and is fully furnished which provides plenty of privacy and quietness to relax with family and friends. There is off street parking. This unit is equipped with all the comforts of home! We also have a crib and beach toys for the kids! Our local Bike rental service delivers bikes. Laundry service is provided for sheets and towels as often as you need. Personal items are $10 per load. We look forward to accommodating you on the North Shore!!!
