Looking for a beach retreat without having to deal with chaos, stay just minutes away where you and your family can enjoy the quiet and more private setting on the lagoon. You can B.Y.O.B (bring your own boat) and tie up to the dock! It’s perfect for anyone looking to have fun in the bay or ocean. This is a one-stop shop for a great family or friends getaway! The space Open concept living with a beautiful view of the lagoon from every angle! Spacious bedrooms allow for plenty of room for the whole group! Enjoy a day at the beach or out on your boat and come home to a backyard BBQ on your beautiful patio to watch the sunset. Dock your boat with direct access to the bay! Guest access You will have access to the entire home including the backyard and dock! There is no garage access. Other things to note Bedding (sheets, pillow cases) shower and beach towels are not provided. Please bring your own linens and towels. There are comforters on each bed with 2 pillow shams. We provide you with a small starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and cleaning essentials. Please plan accordingly! There are a few beach chairs and beach toys available for your use during your stay! We hope you enjoy!! The property is NOT fully fenced in.
