The lot slopes down to the lake and has a stairway to give you access to the lake along the shoreline. you can beach your boat on our shoreline, but please pay attention to the waves on Toledo Bend as they can get rough. If you want a camper put on the slot for you to use we can put the one from the pictures on it for an additional fee of $149 per night. The boathouse shown in some of the pictures belongs to the house next door. We have a stairway going down to the shoreline where you have access to the water. You will need to dry dock your boat on the shoreline. We have our own rental agreement that is required to rent this property that supercedes the Airbnb rental agreement.
