Two large bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed) and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination complete the main floor. The multipurpose upstairs is accessed from the kitchen. It features a large open area that includes a full bed, two twin beds, a cozy living room area, and a workspace. The finished basement is accessed by a flight of stairs from the dining area. It is great for playing pool, watching Roku television, or just hanging out. A full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub/shower combination is just off of the recreation space. Let's talk about the outdoor space! At the front of the home, there is a quaint covered patio with seating - ideal for that morning cup of coffee. To that back of the home, there is a relaxing screened-in patio with a beautiful view of the yard. The yard includes a large grassy area with a partially fenced yard. There is plenty of parking available in the double driveway as well as additional parking in the street. Guests will access the home through the back patio door. The home is located in the adorable neighborhood of Leeds in Sioux City, Iowa. It's conveniently positioned near a bike trail, a city park with a splash pad, as well as restaurants and shopping. Additionally, it's a short 12 mile drive to the Sunnybrook District (Lowe's, Target, Hobby Lobby), Lakeport Commons (Best Buy, Kohl's, PetSmart) and Southern Hill Mall (Scheels, JCPenney, AMC Theatre). There is plenty of parking available in the double driveway as well as additional parking in the street. The home is easily accessed by vehicle. There is also a city bike trail located a mile from the home.
