You are within a short drive to the Deer Run Farm, Post-Morrow Nature Trails and a short drive to Bellport Village Historic District. The Hamptons are a 25 min ride. Fast wifi and dedicated workspace in each room makes it convenient for remote working. Washer & dryer available. POOL IS CLOSED FOR 2023 SEASON The house has 4 bedrooms. Each has its own dedicated desks & Herman Miller office chairs. Bedroom 1, 3 and 4: queen beds Bedroom 2/primary: king bed 1st floor study room also has a day bed that can turn into 2 single beds. Pets are allowed and must be included in your request. We reserve the right to terminate your booking without refund if you show up with pet(s) and did not inform us at the time of booking. There are additional charges for pet. Outdoor living: In-ground pool (the pool is closed for the 2023 season), lounge chairs, gas grill, outdoor sofa & dining Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking necessity (salt, pepper, oil) that opens into the dining area. For breakfast, there will be tea and ground drip coffee. Tea kettle and Moccamaster drip coffee machine are available. For the espresso enthusiasts, we have a Rancilio dual boiler espresso machine & coffee grinder (bring your own fresh bean!) Large 70" TV in living room w/ surround sound systems. Fireplace is NOT for guest uses. Guests have access to most of the property with the exception of: 1. We have a locked storage room - this is located next to the dining area and will be indicated clearly 2. Some of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets will be locked for the owner's use We are available for help!
