Rear covered assigned parking leads you into a private backyard space. The backyard is enclosed and separated from the other two attached units. Patio with Pergola hosting a propane fire pit and a variety of seating/lounging options; convertible seating (bench to picnic table), hooks for hammock, and folding lounge chairs. A motion controlled lighted path will lead you to the backdoor entrance which is primarily used as the main exit/entry point. Downstairs master, not accessible by guests during their stay, is primarily used by the owners. Dining space, laundry area, 1/2 bath, kitchen, and the living room are shared with the owners if they are in town. Upstairs secured bedroom hosts a queen bed, a pull out couch, and private bath. An anteroom with a beverage fridge, fold down desk/chair leads to an enormous closet. Guest access Entire upstairs reserved for guests. Living room, kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry area shared with owners (who are usually not present during guest stays) During your stay Very responsive after hours as owner primarily works nights.
