The space Our goal is to provide spaces that are small but make up for the tight quarters with great value. The photos pretty much show the entirety of the apartment. If you have questions, ask, and we can help! Guest access You'll have access to the entire apartment and will not be sharing with anyone else. Other things to note A Note About Our Historic Boston Properties We are professional operators of more than 225 apartments throughout Boston, many of which are located in beautiful historic buildings that are over 100 years old. We take great pride in maintaining these properties while preserving their unique character and charm. Because of the age and nature of some of these buildings, we would like to share a few important details with prospective guests before booking. As with many older urban buildings, you may occasionally encounter mosquitoes or other insects, particularly during warmer months. While all of our properties are professionally cleaned and regularly treated by licensed pest control providers, occasional insects can still make their way indoors, especially when doors or windows are left open. Please also note that some of our properties utilize traditional water heater systems. If multiple guests take long showers back-to-back, the hot water tank may require a short period of time to recover and reheat before additional hot water is available. Finally, some of our historic buildings were originally designed with heating systems only and do not have central air conditioning. During the summer months, we provide window-mounted air conditioning units in these apartments to ensure guest comfort. While these units are effective at cooling the space, they may not perform the same way as a modern central air conditioning system. We believe in being transparent so that guests know exactly what to expect before booking. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge these property characteristics and understand that they are normal features of historic buildings. If you have any questions about a specific property or amenity, please feel free to reach out before booking. We look forward to hosting you and helping you enjoy all that Boston has to offer. Our heating system has one thermostat for the entire apartment building, which just means you can crack a window if it gets too hot on the upper floors. We have an on-call employee that lives nearby who can help during normal business hours, and a 24/7 guest messaging team at your disposal. We provide basics for cooking - pots, pans, mugs, cups, dishes, bowls, but we do not provide salt, pepper, coffee, tea or oil. Registration Details Exempt: This listing is a hotel or motel
