The space This Apartment is a lower unit in a 2-unit house, it consists of one bedroom with a king size bed, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dinning table. The living room has a queen-size sofa-bed and converts to a private bedroom at night. It is fully furnished and utilities, wi-fi and laundry are included. There is a nice yard with a picnic table, charcoal grill and a fire pit. Ideal for 3-4 people. Nice neighborhood, 8 minute walk to beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. There is a central heat system for the winter and window a/c units for the summer. The unit upstairs is owner occupied and may be some ambient noise that travels through the walls and ceiling (both ways). There is a free parking space for one car in a shared driveway. Guest access Parking is in the driveway and limited to 1 car. There is no street parking in this neighborhood. The entrance to the apartment is from the back of the house, just following the paved path around the house. Other things to note This is a Smoke-Free / Pet-Free property. We will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee for any violations to this rule.
