The space ***Please note: no parties allowed, no pets & no parking on or in front of neighbors homes. This 4 bedroom home has lake views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. On the first level you have a sunk in kitchen- that is open to the living room and dining area- which makes it easy for everyone to be together. There is one bedroom on the first level along with a bathroom with shower (down the hallway from the bedroom - this is not in the bedroom). On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms share the full bath in the hallway. The primary bedroom suite has a full bathroom and an extra Bonus loft that is separated by a French door. This BONUS LOFT/KIDS QUARTERS has 3 twin mattresses, and a couch and tv. Perfect for the kids to hang out & sleep. This bonus loft overlooks the living room/dining room. Only entrance and exit is through this primary bedroom. *please note- the loft is open to living room/dining room and although the house has central air throughout, this room can get a bit warm. There is a ceiling fan and window ac unit that helps. Outside- there are numerous places to hang out! The beautiful deck with lovely views is equipped with a grill and patio set and sectional couch to sit, eat and enjoy life’s pleasures. Go down the stairs and there is a patio with couch, lounge chairs and fire pit. Then down near the dock you have everything you need to enjoy the lakes activities. Kayaks, tubes, lily pad,etc. ***We can give you contact info to the local marina if you are interested in renting a boat.
