Sole Cottage has three small bedrooms with vintage touches and adorned with artwork by small and local artists: The main bedroom, filled with natural light, holds a queen bed, organic mattress and hypoallergenic down-alternative pillows. An antique writing desk and closet give you the space to settle and connect in. The second bedroom has a full bed tucked into a lovely little nook with books and art. It offers an organic memory foam mattress and hypoallergenic down-alternative pillows. A small nook holds a dresser and hooks. The third and smallest bedroom we call the Maker Space. Custom stained glass above the door, a unique curved wall, a vintage writing desk and numerous art supplies make this room so unique. There is a twin daybed with storage underneath in beautiful rattan containers, and hooks as well. Free and fast WiFi is available throughout the cottage, as is Netflix. Guest access You will have access to the full cottage, fenced-in backyard and shed with beach toys, umbrella, cart, kayak, life vests, whistle and chairs. There is also an outdoor shower for your use. Other things to note Please note that our beach is Bayside and not oceanside. While it is ideal for birding, kayaking, walking, fishing, or watching the sunset, it is not ideal for swimming because of the Bay tides and shallow waters. However, the shallow water and tide pools make for wonderful adventures for little ones and less worry for parents. We recommend you view the tide clock in the house to track the tides for the best kayaking and other adventures at the Bay. While our house is lovely for small families, please note that it is not child-proofed and there are breakable items. Families with small children must be present with their kids at all times, especially when art supplies are being used. Our house is for up to five people, no parties or additional people allowed at any time. We do not provide sheets, bath or beach towels. We do provide kitchen and hand towels, as well as comforters on each bed and throw blankets.
