The condo was fully remodeled and refurnished in 2014. The space The condo is located literally on the beach and adjacent to a park. Unit #101 is located on the ground floor and enjoys direct ocean views. The complex features a pool, laundry facilities, parking and barbecues. The complex is across the street from a farmer’s market and several small restaurants. We invite you to view the reef fish at low tide in the early morning…play in the ocean, snorkel or swim with the sea turtles. The inviting beach just outside our condo is perfect for building sand castles, relaxing with a favorite book or enjoying the beauty and peacefulness of “Old Hawaii”. We are located in the small community of Honokowai in West Maui and are just minutes from the world-famous Kaanapali Beach, Kapalua and Napili Bay as well as the historic town of Lahaina. Honokowai has some of the best weather in Maui. World-class golf courses are located nearby. RATES: Rates for this unit are based on four occupants, (additional $10/night/person), and vary depending on season, length of stay and whether booked at the last moment. DAMAGE/LOSS/DISTURBANCE POLICY - 1. The condo unit is individually owned and decorated. Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment or items from the unit. 2.Guest will be solely liable for any additional costs, charges, expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items or excessive check-out cleaning. 3.We provide starter supplies of basic amenities ( T/P, P/T, soaps etc) and these are not replenished during your stay. 4.Manager will use its best efforts to ensure that everything within the unit is in good working order, although neither Manager nor Owner guarantees that anything will not break down during your stay, (including but not limited to plumbing, appliances etc) and therefore such a break down does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustments for any failures. 5. Guest understands that there is no guarantee that properties adjacent to the unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors, and any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. 6. Although Manager will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with any "pests" during your stay, Guest understands that contact with them does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to refund or rental adjustment. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore rental to acceptable conditions and any issues presented after check-out can not be remedied and shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
