Our 2017 newly constructed custom home sits beachfront at Alligator Rock- a local favorite out here on the North Shore of Oahu. With family-friendly beaches, excellent spearfishing and snorkeling, and 5 different surf spot viewable from the lanai, our home is designed to meet a variety interests and skill levels. From the moment you enter the home, you feel as though you are standing on the water- the views are truly breathtaking. Whether you want to work on your tan from the upstairs lanai, or relax in the hammocks below, this home was created to take in the best of what the legendary North Shore has to offer. The home is fully air conditioned, with three of the four bedrooms featuring stunning ocean views. Our floor plan is complete with 2 master bedroom suites, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs breezeway has an additional futon for extra sleeping room. Each bedroom has it’s own corresponding bathroom, with an additional bathroom in the basement, as well as an outdoor heated shower, both designed to keep you playing on the beach as much as possible. The craftsman style living room opens directly to the covered lanai through a massive 12-foot wide pocket door, connecting you with the environment your entire stay. Our covered lanais feature breathtaking 180 degree ocean views. From the comfort of our home, you can see the endangered Hawaiian Sea Turtles year round. The winter months bring the big waves, as well as breaching humpback whales viewable right from your room. You cannot get closer to the sand than this home. Open the large basement game room and relax on the hammocks as you take in the sand and sea from sunrise to sunset. You will not find a sweeter spot on the North Shore.
