The second floor of this wing has two bedrooms (1 queen and one with two XL twins), bathroom, and sitting area. The west wing was built last century and contains the master bedroom (1 queen) and bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms (1 queen and one with two XL twins) on the second floor. The upper floors of the two wings are not connected. The large kitchen has high-end appliances, a breakfast island, and a laundry nook. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars side by side, or 6 when parking in tandem. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and most of the grounds, including parking for at least three cars off the main road. A separate groundskeeper cottage and garden shed and the area around them are for the hosts' use. You and your group will be the only guests on the property during your stay. Other things to note Summer rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday, but please inquire about possible exceptions. The house was built at a time when people were shorter, stairwells were steeper, and railings were low, so please review the photos and inquire about any specific needs anyone in your group may have. The house is largely renovated and comfortable but retains many original and interesting historical features. The neighborhood has very few rentals and is a quiet area full of classic homes and permanent residents, so not a good place for loud parties. Please honor the quiet hours and keep loud conversation during the quiet hours inside the house.
