Peaceful 5-acre farm, stunning views of ocean, sun sets, night sky. Sprawling tropical surroundings, fruit trees and working coffee farm in a neighborhood with sheep, goats, chickens. Beaches within 20 minutes. Half hour from Captain Cook’s shops, 45 minutes from Volcano National Park. Fully stocked kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms, living room with couch, all with a warm clean design. The sunsets span the whole horizon and can be seen from the living room, lanai, and kitchen. The space Three bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds, and one with a twin. The Queen bedrooms each have chairs for lounging. In the twin bedroom, there's a lounging couch and a desk for remote work. All bedrooms and rooms have blinds for privacy and light. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a few other essentials. There is a dining area by the back lanai facing the sunset. The living room includes a spacious couch, two comfy chairs, and a rocking chair. Connect to the TV to watch whatever you want. The bathroom has essentials such as towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, hand soap, body soap, and candles. Shower and bathtub. The photography displayed on the walls shows traditional Polynesian and Hawaiian dancers as well as beautiful, handmade Hawaii art. Being there presents a comfy modern feel with its handcrafted Hawaiian furniture and open airy design. Bath and beach towels as well as replacement linens are all provided. There is a washing machine and dryer for your use in the cottage. It is a 5 acre property with separate gated driveways 2000 feet above ocean level. Owner's house visible at distance, you have privacy ! Guest access Private access to whole house through either side entrance or front porch. Private driveway and carport. The cottage has a front porch and small back porch with full ocean view. There is beach equipment in the carport. The cottage is separate from the main house, nestled between tropical landscaping and vibrant coffee farm. Other things to note Parking is available in carport by entrance. Come through first/lower gate to cottage with green roof, open and close gate please (to prevent wild pigs from entering). Maps have direction to upper house, so please start looking for lower gate 500 ft +\- before directions say to turn. While you may observe some wild pigs outside the fences and gates, they are not friendly, so please remember to close the gate when you exit or enter the property. We do have a sweet dog, Jackie, who comes to visit on occasion. You might spot a green gecko or two wandering around in the house occasionally, but don't be alarmed. They're just taking care of the bugs for you and might be attracted to any food you leave around uncovered. On that note, keep in mind that Hawaii is the land of bugs, from butterflies to ants, but they won't bother you if you keep the space clean from crumbs and food-scraps. Smoking allowed outside the cottage only !!!
