Our newly constructed unit features two bedrooms, two baths, lightning-fast Starlink WiFi, a spacious kitchen, and a clawfoot tub / shower combo in the primary suite. For convenience, there’s an in-unit washer/dryer. Unwind on the large covered patio on the second floor, which boasts cozy seating, an outdoor dining set, and a gas BBQ grill, all set against the backdrop of stunning mountain vistas. Offering both the charm of Montana and contemporary comforts, this vacation rental is the perfect haven for a memorable getaway. Guest access Enjoy full access to our 2nd-floor Montana retreat, featuring your unit, private heated garage, and a covered porch with a gas grill, plus cozy chairs and a dining table for al fresco meals. The unit, located on the second floor of a multi-level dual unit structure, also comes with high-speed private WiFi, perfect for remote work. Vehicle rental or personal vehicle is recommended for driving to unit since there are no taxis/uber/lyft in the area. If renting from October to April, please ensure you have an AWD or 4x4 high-ground clearance vehicle for possible snow conditions. Explore the outdoors with a hike near Ennis, Ennis Lake, and the Madison River public access areas for stunning scenery and a touch of nature. Other things to note Please be aware, the ranch is home to horses and fenced dogs. For safety, access to other buildings, garages, corrals, and structures on the property is restricted for guests. Hosts cannot be held liable for injuries on the property or its surroundings, so we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the House Rules prior to booking. The patio hot tub is winterized and not available for guest use. The double-sided fireplace in living room is an amenity for use, but please be aware it may be down for maintenance at certain times and therefore not a guaranteed amenity. We will work to have it serviced and for guest use as much as possible throughout the year. The home alarm system is not for use by guests. There are smoke detectors and fire detection device above hallway into living room that operate on their own in event of fire. There are external security cameras outside the unit for safety and security. There is an Alexa Show device for entrainment purposes in the living room bar, this has a camera feature that has been disabled/blocked. You may unplug if you prefer, but please plug back in upon checkout. Vehicle rental or personal vehicle is recommended for driving to unit since there are no taxis/uber/lyft in the area. If renting from October to April, please ensure you have an AWD or 4x4 high-ground clearance vehicle for possible snow conditions. We ask guests to limit their exploration to the area immediately around the house, as property boundaries may not be clearly defined. The pond on the property is not for guest use to walk to and is not offered for guests to fish or swim. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we do not allow fireworks, camping, tents, or smoking in the condo. NO flying drones on the property. Please check the National Park Service website for Yellowstone road conditions and closures. The NPS typically closes the Park for the month of November to mid December.
