The space My home includes a lovely wrap-around three-season porch where you can sink into the comfy Crate & Barrel sofa and watch the waves. The open-concept living/dining/kitchen area includes a vaulted shiplap ceiling with skylights, white shaker cabinets, concrete countertops, reclaimed wood shelving, stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances including a gas oven, a custom reclaimed wood table, and Restoration Hardware furniture in the living room. The living room also has a two-sided gas fireplace, perfect to warm up the porch on cool summer nights. There is a half-bath in the hallway on the right, then to the left is the guest bedroom with new queen mattress, Crate & Barrel dresser, and double closet. A few more steps down the hall to the right you'll find the primary bedroom with a new Intellibed luxury king mattress, a wall-mounted TV above the Crate & Barrel dresser, and a marble floor en-suite with a walk-in tiled shower. At night, throw the windows open and listen to the waves, or use the central air conditioning if it is a hot summer night. While the house is fabulous, you will likely spend most of your time either at the beach right outside your door or on the huge deck overlooking the beach. The outdoor kitchen was installed in 2021 and has a 36-inch gas grill and cocktail station. The dining table seats six with plenty of room to spare and has a huge umbrella if you've had enough sun for the day. If lounging is more your speed, relax on the Restoration Hardware outdoor sofa, loveseat, and chair on the deck or the lower patio. NEW and coming in June 2025: custom-built wood-burning smokeless fire pit on the lower patio! There are also four new beach chairs and a Yeti Cooler to make your time spent at the beach relaxing. Also provided is one bicycle for anyone who wants to take to the road to explore this lovely beach community. Your stay includes daily beach towel service, and laundry is available on request. I live onsite in a separate space on the property and can help with anything you need - even stocking the house with groceries pre-arrival. You will have complete privacy as my space has a separate entrance. Guest access The main floor of the home, including the living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as private use of the fabulous outdoor deck! Other things to note Please note that I have a very friendly black lab mix who lives on the property with me so this listing is not suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
