The space 4 well-appointed bedrooms with King-sized beds and let the fresh mountain air lull you into a blissful slumber. Bedroom 5 has 4 dedicated twin beds, capable of holding adults or kids. With 2.5 bathrooms all with shared hall access. The spacious living area is adorned with french doors, inviting panoramic views of breathtaking vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see. Sink into the plush sofas and bask in the warm glow of the crackling fireplace, as you sip hot cocoa and immerse yourself in the beauty of Montana. Prepare gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances and ample counter space. Other things to note Fencing and Friends: This 4.5 Acre Property is not fully fenced. It is very common in Montana to not enclose the yard. That being said, the North Property line ends at the road behind the barn. The south line ends at the barn you see on the neighbors property. Behind the house (east property line), the property line ends at the lilac bushes. Please note, our property backs up on all sides to private land so please try to respect boundaries! This was recently a working horse property, that being said, running and walking in the tall grasses, playing in the barn and outlying areas are fun but at your own risk! You may find old horseshoes but also old hardware, barbed wire and nails where corrals and fences were taken down. Please be safe and watch your children. Country Critters: This is the country so please respect the local wildlife, including the gofers! Many of our neighbors have sweet and friendly animals that pop in to visit (Dogs & Cats). Garage: 2 car garage available for use with the house. The fire pit: There is a lighter in the house for use. There will be a $200 cleaning fee if we have to have stains removed. (Why would you put a white couch in a rental!
