KITCHEN & DINING: Step into our enchanting dining room, adorned with timeless elegance and graced with an antique dining table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to 8 people. Gather around this exquisite centerpiece for intimate meals, lively conversations, or celebratory feasts. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of knives, cookware and even a dutch oven. Embrace the joy of cooking and create delightful meals during your stay. BED & BATH: This spacious home features four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a full private bath, and direct access to the sunroom. Another bedroom offers two bunk beds, perfect for kids or groups, while the third has a full-size bed for extra comfort. The loft bedroom includes two single beds. Please note that the loft bedroom is open to the living area and has no door. There are two full baths on the first floor—one connected to the master bedroom and one shared by all guests. Additionally, there’s a half bath connected to the laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer. AC & HEATING Our home offers comfortable cooling and heating for all rooms. The primary bedroom features a wall-mounted air conditioner, while the two 1st floor bedrooms have window AC units. The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted AC, which also cools the loft bedroom due to its open layout with the living area; the loft bedroom also includes a standing fan for added airflow. Heating is available throughout the house, with multiple zones allowing temperature control for each area. OUTDOOR AREAS: Your fully fenced outdoor oasis awaits, designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Our spacious deck is thoughtfully set up with a cozy sofa seating area, an outdoor dining table and chairs, and a convenient gas grill for barbecues. In the yard, you’ll find a large fire pit surrounded by eight comfortable seats, perfect for gathering in the evening to roast marshmallows and enjoy the warmth under the stars. SUPPLIES: We provide a Starter-Kit but do not provide supplies for your entire visit. If you think you will need more than what is provided, please make sure to bring some with you or go to a local grocer. Read carefully: - 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - shampoo / conditioner / body wash - two hairdryer - 1 roll of paper towel in the kitchen - hand soap - dish soap - dish sponge - trash bags - coffee and tea: We provide a small amount of coffee, tea, and creamer for your convenience upon arrival—enough to enjoy for the first couple of days. For larger groups or longer stays, please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. - laundry sheets: We provide laundry sheets to help reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste typically associated with traditional laundry detergents. However, if you have specific requirements or sensitivities regarding laundry detergent, please bring your own. Below is a short list of items we recommend bringing with you: - toothpaste - beach towels - sports equipment (bikes, kayaks, etc.) - food, spices, cooking oils PET POLICIES: - Well-behaved pets welcome. We allow max 2 pets. More pets considered case by case. Please reach out to the host. - Pet fee is $25/pet/night, with 2 pets max. Pet fee is included in the total booking price. - Pets owner are responsible to remove any and all pet waste from the exterior of the property. - Pets owner are required to crate their dogs when left at the house alone for the safety of the pets, and safety of any service staff or repairmen. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-out from May to September. It takes the entire allotted time to prepare the house for the next guests. GAS GRILL USE: The gas grill is for guest use. It is possible that propane tank provided with the grill might require refilling. Prior to use, please check the propane tank's level. If it is empty or nearing depletion, you can conveniently refill it at a nearby gas station or grocery store. Please ensure that the propane tank is securely connected and the grill is operated in accordance with the manufacture's guidelines and safety precautions. Additionally, for the safety of all, please ensure that the gas is completely shut off after use. FAQ: Q: Is there an outdoor shower? A: No. Q: Are sheets and towels provided? A: Yes, all linens are provided. Q: Is there a dedicated workspace? A: We have one work desk. We do not provide monitor or other office equipment. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house and yard. Please refrain from parking in the garage, as it is used to store supplies and personal items. Other things to note 1) No smoking allowed 2) No outside shoes indoor please 3) Quiet hour 10PM-8AM 4) Age Requirement: For safety reasons, the primary booker must be at least 25 years old. 5) Max Capacity: Our house can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests, with at least 2 of them being children. One of the rooms has 2 bunk beds, and for safety reasons, the upper bunks are designated for children only. 6) There are three security cameras on site at entrances. Cameras are for security purpose and are turned off during guests' stay.
