***AWD OR 4WD VEHICLE REQUIRED IN WINTER**** The suite is adjoined to the main home by a porch. Private entrance from the driveway and to the porch with gas, pellet and charcoal grills. There is is a microwave, refrigerator, grill and coffee pot. Has a fire pit for a wonderful way to relax after a day of outdoor adventures. There is no longer access to water except public access down road. Hot tub, Kayak and paddle board are NOT for guest use. Please do not walk on neighbors property. Nestled back in the woods and surrounded by elk, deer, beavers, etc. there is no traffic noise, no ambient light. Your space is separate and secure with cozy wood walls, floors and ceilings with large wide windows for viewing. We are 15 minutes from Seeley Lake for incredible cross country ski trails, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in the winter or summer water activities. From your back door here there is ice fishing , snowshoeing, swimming, kayaking. All depends on the season! Guests have access to the porch, yard, fire pit with seating, porch, grills. We are 15 min south of Seeley Lake,20 min West of Ovando and 3 miles north of Clearwater Junction. Directly across from Blackfoot Game Range. YOU MUST FOLLOW DIRECTIONS NOT LOCATION ON AIRBNB SITE OR YOU WILL GET LOST. This is rural montana and GPS will not be accurate frequently. Must have a car with AWD OR 4 WD IN WINTER. No public transportation. Please note that the drive is a bumpy gravel and dirt road With several turn off’s to reach the property. Please follow the directions that I provide.
