Our unit is one of the best in the complex with upgraded granite counter tops, high end appliances and top of the line Tommy Bahama furniture. We have a unique location, second floor corner unit that is quiet and serene with gorgeous views. Our 2nd Floor unit sits on the inner loop of the complex which puts you out of range of road noise. Our unit is nicely situated at the end of the building and has advantages such as wrap around views from the lanai including the pool area and distant ocean views. We also have more parking and less shared walls than other units. Our home is furnished with high end Tommy Bahama pieces and many upgrades. Our vacation home is set up for full access to all rooms and amenities. This is our vacation home so we are not located on the Island but are always available via text or phone call. We have a wonderful property manager who lives right around the corner that can help with any on Island needs. Princeville is a resort community comprised of several luxury condo complexes, Golf courses, walking trails, fountains, immaculately maintained grounds, lush landscaping and scenery. There is a nice town center with restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, gas station etc. There is ample parking at our condo with 15 or so parking spots surrounding the condo.
