The modest upstairs expands to a basement with a large living area, two bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The large deck is equipped for dining or entertaining. It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays** The space The property consists of two dwellings. The house for rent is the rear house which is more tucked in from the road. I'm a pilot and you'll notice an aviation theme throughout the property. The name of the house is "Goose" and in front, is another dwelling named, "MaverACK". You may also see “Jack” our 25lbs beagle roaming the property looking for rabbits he can’t catch. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house. Other things to note This house is kid friendly. There are child locks on bathroom & kitchen cabinets.
