This expansive 5 bedroom, 5 bath home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is ideal for a family vacation or as housing for a business group needing private workspaces as well as open areas for meetings and entertaining. The pool-facing side of the great room features a full-wall six-segment sliding glass door that allows full integration between the great room and the large, covered great lanai. The great lanai overlooks the 51 foot private heated pool and hot tub, featuring large Ipe sun decks, a fire pit, a built-in barbeque and outside smart TV. The pool sun shelf and Ipe decks afford comfortable space for sun bathing, lounging and appreciating the nighttime Hawaiian sky. The great room boasts a gourmet kitchen with an adjacent butler's pantry, a huge island, a dining area and comfortable seating areas with a 75-inch smart TV for group viewing. The modern amenities include a Miele six-burner chef's stove, a full-size refrigerator and a separate full-size freezer, a dishwasher in the kitchen and another in the butler's pantry, a floor to ceiling wine cooler that can hold 70 + bottles, a built-in Miele coffer/expresso maker, extensive cooking and baking utensils and an abundance of cabinetry and quartz counter top preparation space. Four of the en-suite bedrooms have a king bed and one has a queen bed. Each are appointed with a walk-in closet, separate AC controls, a ceiling fan for natural cooling, motorized privacy shades, a smart TV and a private lava-rock-wall enclosed lanai with an outdoor shower. The fifth bedroom is separate from the main house making it a perfect guest house with a wet bar, mini refrigerator and coffee station. The house includes a blow-up queen size bed which can be used to accommodate two additional people for a total of 12. Guests of Kailani Estate have access to One Ocean's exclusive Ocean Club, featuring an infinity pool and spa, gorgeous views of Maui and the Kohala coast, cabanas, barbecues, restrooms and a whale watching deck. The One Ocean community also offers the Sports and Wellness Club steps away from the home. The Sports and Wellness Club offers a well-equipped fitness center, locker rooms, a lagoon pool and a large, living room style meeting room. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and gas BBQ. As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs) and the Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale. Our resort office is located at the Mauna Lani Terrace and is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.
