The space As you step down the two story stairs from the hustle and bustle of life outside the lake, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Modern amenities seamlessly blend with the rustic charm of the surroundings. The living area is perfect for gatherings, playing board games and Uno or curling up with a good book in front of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite meals with well accommodated dishwasher, garbage disposal and spice assortment. With 4 bedrooms designed to accommodate your family or group comfortably, our lake house provides ample space for everyone to unwind and enjoy. The two queen beds and a set of bunk beds ensure a restful night's sleep, while the two plush couches and settee offer additional options for relaxation or a midafternoon snooze. If you have a toddler feel free to message me about the baby gear (baby cot, high chair, stroller, monitor etc). However, the true gem of our lake house lies just beyond the back door. Step onto the expansive deck and take in the amazing views of Lake Hopatcong. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or sharing stories as the sun sets, the shimmering waters provide a stunning backdrop for unforgettable moments. Ready to explore the lake? Venture out onto the water with our complimentary canoe and kayak, letting you embrace the tranquility of the lake up close. (*one build is that on the lake you must wear life jackets which can be found on the back porch in the white storage container). Don't worry about leaving behind the conveniences of modern life; our lake house is equipped with all the amenities you need, including Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, base board heating (the fireplace is just for aestetics and does not function) and room air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season. Guest access The full house is yours to enjoy as well as the kayak and canoe. Life vests may be found in the storage area on the porch. Feel free to use anything that is in the fridge/freezer or spices which we hope is helpful so you don't have to buy salt, pepper and oregano for the 100th time :) We have a grill with back up propane, a large solo stove with fire starters and marshmallow roaster sticks. Other things to note There are two flights of stairs down to the lake from the street level as the lake has been built by glaciers and that's what allows it's beautiful terrain.
