Welcome to Casa Marina! I offer a cozy and homey place to stay in a large colonial home with renovated guest rooms and restrooms! Home is conveniently located close to various attractions and amenities including Promenade Shopping, Rutgers University, and the 73-mile Delaware and Raritan Canal Trail along the Raritan River! Fast internet, in-room AC, SmartTV, and other provided room amenities makes this place one of the top places to stay in the area! Come witness it yourself! The space Home is over 4000 sqft, and entire 2nd floor is reserved for quests (private space). In addition to the newly revonated private bedrooms and restrooms for guests, guests will have access to shared spaces such as backyard, large porch that surrounds half the property, living room, dining room and kitchen (upon request). Guest floor has a large fridge available for guest use for drinks and milk for guest coffee machine. During your stay I (Marina) will sometimes be in home in person to help out with any issues you run into during your stay. I can however be reached anytime via the Airbnb app! Other things to note Marina (the host) lives in the home and will sometimes be in the house during the stay (1st floor only).
