Brand new and just waiting for you! Three bedrooms with queen beds total. Two bedrooms upstairs , fully stocked kitchen, living room and full bathroom on the main level. Downstairs is newly furnished and remodeled, complete with a living area, bathroom, laundry room and bedroom with a queen bed. The TV’s are smart TVs so you can sign into your own app. Regular cable and local TV is not provided. The internet has 1G for working at home and a work console with bar stools is ready for your laptop. Enjoy watching your favorite show on either of the two big screen TVs. Children under two are at your own discretion. The house is not child proofed , which is why it is checked unsuitable for children 2 and under. Guests have access to the entire house. This house is only a 10 -12 minute walk to uptown Pella so you can avoid trying to park during busy times. Vermeer Headquarters is les than a ten minute drive, Pella Windows a 5 minute drive, Knoxville Raceway is a 25 minute drive. Like to golf? Bos Landen Country Club is a short drive across town, past Central College and Pella Country Club is less than a 5 minute drive. Red Rock Lake offers hiking, kayaking and fishing plus there are many local parks for picnics or your young ones to play. Have a sweet tooth? Head to Jaarsma’s or Vander Ploeg Bakery on the square. Try tasty bologna and dried beef from Ulrich’s or Invelt’s Meat Market or enjoy a rooftop dinner. Eat a slice of Pizza from the famous local George’s, a few steps from the square or enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast from Smokey Row. Thunder Creek Winery is is 2 miles north of Pella. Thursday evenings offers activities and eats on the square. Wether you are visiting friends or just exploring, there are many fun activities to enjoy. Have fun! 🌷 There is outdoor seating and a Weber gas grill to use. Due to unexpected weather conditions, the cushions will be in the garage for you to put out. You can leave them on when you leave. House rules are provided with quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Before you depart, rinse, put dishes in the dishwasher and start, trash and recycle in the cans and towels on a pile. Quiet get togethers are great, but NO parties allowed. If anything is stained or damaged, please let me know when you check out, so I can have it professionally taken care of before the next guests arrive. No animals or pets of any kind allowed or extra charges may occur. If your stay is longer than a weekend, please bring the garbage and recycle cans to the grassy part of the curb on Monday night. They will be picked up by 7:00 AM in the morning. Please do not use the couches as beds. I really appreciate you keeping the new furniture in great condition.
