Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Wake up to a cup of coffee while enjoying a beautiful sunrise. After coffee, take a 10 minute walk to the Pella square to enjoy the restaurants, bakeries, retail stores, historical sites, and beautiful tulips in May. Enjoy outdoor games like corn toss and bocce ball in the large backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautifully maintained to enhance your experience traveling through this quaint Dutch town. Brand new and just waiting for you! The space Three bedrooms with one King bed upstairs, one queen upstairs and a queen bed downstairs, fully stocked kitchen, living room and full bathroom on the main level. Downstairs is newly furnished and remodeled, complete with a living area, bathroom, laundry room and bedroom with a queen bed. The TV’s are smart TVs so you can sign into your own app. Regular cable and local TV is not provided. The internet has 1G for working at home and a work console with bar stools is ready for your laptop. Enjoy watching your favorite show on either of the two big screen TVs. Children under two are at your own discretion. The house is not child proofed , which is why it is checked unsuitable for children 2 and under. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note There is outdoor seating and a Weber gas grill to use. Due to unexpected weather conditions, the cushions will be in the garage for you to put out. You can leave them on when you leave. House rules are provided with quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Before you depart, rinse, put dishes in the dishwasher and start, trash and recycle in the cans and towels on a pile. Quiet get togethers are great, but NO parties allowed. There are two cruiser bikes for you to use at your discretion. Once the bikes leave the property, any damage or injury is the responsibility of the guest. The owner is no longer liable. There are two helmets, air compressor and two locks with a combination of 1334. If anything is stained or damaged, please let me know when you check out, so I can have it professionally taken care of before the next guests arrive. The pack n play and high chair are stored under the downstairs steps in a closet. No animals or pets of any kind allowed or extra charges may occur. If your stay is longer than a weekend, please bring the garbage and recycle cans to the grassy part of the curb on Monday night. They will be picked up by 7:00 AM in the morning. Please do not use the couches as beds. I really appreciate you keeping the new furniture in great condition. Please do not park in the garage as there is furniture stored in the winter and a ping pong table in the summer. Thank you and enjoy your stay! 🌷🌷
