A very unique, beautifully designed Belgium Farmhouse Guesthouse located above a garage on Lake Monomonac. You will have your own access to kayaks and a paddle board to enjoy everything the lake has to offer. All seasons can be thoroughly enjoyed here; boating, fishing, swimming and other water sports in the summer, vibrant colors and crisp air of fall, in the winter enjoy iceskating and fishing, then end the day with a good book by the fireplace. The space This is an upstairs living space above a garage. Perfect size for a couples getaway or even a small family! A beautiful room with a queen size bed, a full bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer. Full kitchen with everything you need to make up a meal for your loved ones or friend. Enjoy sitting on the couch with the warmth of a fire place and watch tv or look out the window for a beautiful view of Lake Monomonac. Couch pulls out to a double bed for more sleeping accommodations. SUMMER: You have your own designated outdoor space that includes a fire pit, kayaks and paddle boards. (Outdoor furniture, kayaks and paddle boards will be stored for the winter. November 1-April 30) WINTER: Enjoy the lake in a whole different way! Bring your own snowmobile and have access to the lake and trails that connect to the main snowmobile trails. Enjoy skating and ice fishing right out your door and warm up at the outdoor fire pit. (We provide basic ice fishing equipment) Ski mountains are just 20-30 minutes away! Wachussett Mountain and Crotched Mountain are two of the closest. Rail trails in both MA and NH are right down the road to hike, bike, cross-country ski or snowmobile. Wachusett Mountain has beautiful skiing and is only 20 minutes away. Mount Monadnock - the most hiked mountain in the US is only 20 minutes away. Lots of small historic New England towns that are fun to explore such as Peterborough and Keene. Farm stands, local farms with home made ice cream or pick your own berries, apples or flowers. Quaint shops that support local vendors. Guest access You will have full access to apartment above the garage (not the garage itself) and the designated outdoors areas. Other things to note This is located on the same property as Copley's Cottage. You will still have your own living space as well as designated parking and your own entrance to the lake.
