Oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer included. Outside space has a bbq and a concrete pad for dedicated parking w/ room for a boat. The space Home is located in Ft. Smith trailer court, which is the cutest little community ever! The rooms feature new carpet & new memory foam beds. Guest access You will have access to the entire home -EXCEPT garage & the fireplace. Please note the fireplace CANNOT be used at this time. Other things to note I do live 40 miles away and may not always be available on site. I do, however, own another trailer in the trailer park so I may be on site.
