(Two bedrooms with queens, one futon in livingroom, 420 friendly!) Recently modernized classic Butte home in a cute neighborhood on the ridge between Walkerville and Uptown Butte. It's walking distance to festival locations and the historic district, with a stunning view of the entire valley. I have a background in design, fabrication, and art. I modernized this house with very special consideration for Butte's opulent roaring days of industry and the various styles that came along with it. The space For anyone that loves bathing, the bathroom here is over the top. There's a restored claw foot tub, gentle color-rich lighting, a heated bidet, custom carved wood trim, and even a chandelier. So don't forget to bring your fancy soaps. In general I love designing social spaces. My vision was to create a celebratory space, for any special occasion ie. anniversaries, birthdays, romantic getaways, hosting the small after party during the summer festivals... Being up here makes you feel like a king or queen, because you can literally see everything in the entire town (except the Berkley Pit, lol). Every last bit of this house was remodeled. I toured a handful of historic Butte houses during my process, to study and emulate the classic feel, using modern building materials and a mystical edge. Each room was themed after the elements, Earth (kitchen), Water (bedroom 1), Fire (bedroom 2), Air (bathroom), and Spirit (the main hall aka living room). Guest access Guests will be renting the entire house, and have access to the back porch, and side walk down to the (unfenced) backyard.
