You will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy, bayou-side Airbnb! Located only 3 minutes from Southland Mall and 5 minutes from many restaurants and stores, this is your go-to for convenient location. Our home is located on the bayou-side, so fishing from our outdoor deck is encouraged! Sleeping arrangements include 1 queen-sized bed and a pullout sleeper couch. Overnight parking is limited to 2 spots. Message to request any accommodations. The space This home has 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, a kitchen, as well as a living room. Additionally, there is a laundry room and outdoor deck for guests to enjoy. The home is part of a duplex, of which the other part of the duplex is the owner's private music studio. *Guests may visit the music studio, and/or music may be performed. Guest access Guests can access the entirety of this home spare for the studio that is the other half of the duplex. Other things to note This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Per HUD guidelines, a maximum of 2 people per bedroom. We can allow up to 2 Adults and 2 kids. Please list all of your guests when reserving. You may be charged for unapproved guests.
