Questions or clarity regarding the house rules should be asked prior to booking** **There are exterior security cameras in place at each exterior entrance** **The Cottage bedrooms face the main street of downtown Rockport. All Rockport events such as the 4th of July and the Christmas tree lighting can be seen right from the bedroom window! With that said the home is next to the Bearskin Neck and so the streets become busy with tourists and sometimes delivery trucks which make it could make active during the day especially in the summer months.** **2 dedicated parking spots (less than a 5 min walk from the home) is included with your stay!** **Please note that this is a historic building from 1812 and although very charming it does have its quirks. The stairs in Cottage are on the steeper side due to the historical design of the building**
