The main area has a beautiful view of the pasture where you can see deer in the morning. The apartment features a mudroom area with washer/dryer then stairs to the main living area. Open floor plan, full kitchen, breakfast and living room. At the end of April I am changing out the bunk beds to a queen bed . Located 10 minutes to downtown. Enjoy the peaceful scenery, looking at the horses, walking trails only 5 minutes away by car We are available to help with anything as we are onsite. Neighbors just to the side of us no one in the back. It is fairly private back by the barn Please park by barn entrance and landscaping. There is plenty of parking We do have a few barn cats, that are not allowed inside the barn apartment. They are not super friendly so most likely will stay away from you. Our neighbors play Taps at 6:00 every evening which can be heard on the property,usually last about 5 minutes. We have 2 dogs that stay around our house they do not wander to the barn area. I have some horses, please feel free to pet but do not go into pasture with them.
