Close to a kids playground, beaches, pickleball, surf lessons and watersports. Free concerts in the local parks. A traffic light at the end of the road makes crossing the road very safe. This is the perfect place to have a family vacation. Beach by day, sunset over the bay in the evening. *** 7 night minimum rental during peak season *** The space This unit has 3 bedrooms. 2 x 1 Queen bed 1 x 2 Twin beds. We provide freshly cleaned Quilts and Pillow Shams for every bed. Guests can also bring their own Quilts and Shams. If you choose to do this, please inform Marian so we can take them out, which will help free up space in your closets and prevent us from washing unused linens. Guests are required to bring their own bed sheets and towels. If guests need the owner to supply bed sheets and towels, that can be arranged. The cost for bed sheets is $20 per bedroom. The charge for towels is $20 for bath towels and $20 for beach towels. This service is optional; it's just something we provide for our guests. Guest access This unit is accessed from the front of the house. Go up the white wooden stairs. The garage is for owner use. The basement is for owner use. The top floor unit will be rented to other guests, who will access it from around the back of the house and all the way to the top floor. Other things to note Includes 5 beach badges. Guests have use of BBQ's, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks, crabbing traps, cornhole boards, and more. This unit is the lower floor, which has 2 x 1 Queen bed and 1 x 2 Twin beds. We provide freshly cleaned Quilts and Pillow Shams for every bed. Guests can also bring their own Quilts and Shams. Guests MUST provide their own bed sheets, bath and beach towels. You can bring these from home. Alternatively, these can be ordered from one of these local companies, who are highly recommended. You can order your linens to be delivered to the house and picked up when you leave. Some companies will make the beds, supply baby equipment and offer a variety of services.
