Location! Location! Location! Less than a block from the white sandy beach in the heart of Waikiki's new $$$ million renovation of Lewers/Beachwalk neighborhood. Near to the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment Waikiki has to offer. This place is best for people who want to be active and in tune with the lively surroundings of Waikiki. We can also speak Japanese, so please contact us. It is also introduced in Japanese at the bottom. The space *** No lanai! No pool! No parking*** We're right next to Embassy Suite hotel and across from Trump Hotel. Halekulani and Outrigger Reef Waikiki is only 3mins WALK. Our price is very competitive and MUCH affordable compared to hotels and condominiums nearby. Close to everything!! The location is the best :-) This is NOT a Studio, it's One Bedroom for up to 3 ADULTS. If including kids, 4 people might be ok as well. Please ask if your party is 4 people(including kids) so I can adjust the rate manually. Spacious 575 Sqft. It's NOT luxury but clean, organized and well kept. The kitchen includes dinner wears, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. 1 Queen bed in the bed room, a couch which can turn into full size bed is in the living room. We will set up the sofa-bed if needed, or ask how to use it. These beds are in separate rooms so you can keep some level of privacy, but there is no door for the bedroom. The one bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The bedroom is behind the kitchen as you see in the pictures. ************************************************************* Please let us know your estimated arrival and departure time. There might be construction noise during the daytime. It might bother you if you are planning to work or stay during the day. This building is right next to Embassy Suites Hotel, behind the Trump Hotel, Also, the Outrigger Waikiki Hotel and the Halekulani Hotel are within a 3-minute walk, making this a perfect hidden location!! The size of the room is about 53 square meters. It's not a luxurious, modern room. It's a very simple building, but it's clean. It can accommodate up to 3 people (up to 4 people if children are included). Please let me know if there are 4 guests and I will adjust the price. There is no veranda or pool. Please let us know when you make a reservation. There is a separate fee. It is a very convenient location, even without a car. You will have no trouble with shopping or eating. The kitchen is also equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. We're also close to the ABC store and the Seven Eleven for a comfortable stay. It's a block to the beach, so it's more economical than spending more than 2-3 times as much on one of the nearby hotels. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room has a sofa bed that folds down to a full sized bed. There is a bedroom next to the entrance from the living room through the hallway, but there is no door to the bedroom. The shower and toilet are in the back, through the bedroom. Prepare to sleep on the sofa bed when booking with 3 or more people or when bringing children. It is Japanese style, so please take off your shoes in the room. If you are bringing children, please note that all floors in this room are tiled and not carpeted. Laundry is available in shared facilities one floor below. If time permits, we will hand over the keys at check-in. They don't speak Japanese, but please contact me if you have any questions. Alternatively, you will be asked to do a self check-in. Check-out time is 11 am. ************************************************************ It is about 25 minutes from the airport. I think it costs about $35-45 by taxi (depending on traffic). It's not a location where you need a car, so if you're going on an excursion, there is a car rental office just around the corner, so I recommend renting one there. There is a Pink Trolley (free if you have a JCB card) stop a 3-minute walk from the house, so you can use it to easily get to Ala Moana. You may hear garbage trucks in the morning. If you keep the windows closed, you won't hear much. ** Unlike Japanese gas-boiler systems, the water system in this house is unique to the United States and fills a tank with hot water. The tank is meant for 2-3 people and is suitable for the original size of this house, so it is not big enough for the available space. Many Japanese people are not familiar with this system, so if the timing is bad and only warm water comes out, they worry. However if only warm water comes out from the beginning, it is likely starting from a state where there is little hot water left in the tank. After letting it run until it gets cold, stop it once, and the hot water will accumulate in about 10-15 minutes.
