Take a walk around the beautiful neighborhood or spend the day at the beach, 10 minutes away. There are beach chairs, towels and children's toys for the beach. Whatever you are looking for, you will find it at our place. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an outdoor shower. The bedrooms include a California King, a Full and 3 twin beds, along with 2 pull out couches. The kitchen was renovated this year with an island that seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything except food. There is a den as well as a front living area. The backyard includes 2 decks, one with seating and one with a eating area as well as a patio with Adirondack chairs. The hot tub is next to the patio. There is a firepit area in the back as well. There is a grill for your outdoor grilling. Guest access You will have full access to the living area of the home. You will not have access to the garage or basement. Other things to note The house has Central air for those hot days. Don't worry if the power goes out, there is an automatic generator.
