The space The Perfect Escape is our seasonal family home, now available for others to enjoy as well. This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home sleeps 6 people with queen bed in master bedroom and double bed with additional bunk bed in second bedroom. All sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided and are cleaned and disinfected for all guests. 55" Smart TV in living room and 43" Smart TV's in both bedrooms. Home has free WIFI as well. Backyard is sure to steal the show with 20' x 40' in-ground pool with fully fenced in yard, 4 pool lounge chairs with umbrella and pool basketball net with 2 basketballs. Also our dining table under beautiful gazebo overlooking pool, 4 colorful Adirondack chairs surrounding our fire table and stainless steel grill. Shed in back houses pool toys, 4 beach bikes, beach cart with 2 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs and beach umbrella. New outdoor shower just installed. Two blocks to town beach for amazing sunsets, walk with the dog or enjoy the summer weather. Short 10 minute drive to Cape May and Lewes Ferry and 15 minute drive to Wildwood. Have fun with the crowds and return to quiet Villas to relax and unwind afterwards. POOL IS OPEN FROM APRIL 26 THRU OCTOBER 6, weather permitting. We keep our pool unheated in July and into early September and at 85 degrees all other times. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE POOL HEATER IS AFFECTED BY UNUSUALLY COLD TEMPS AND HIGH WINDS WHICH COULD CAUSE LOWER WATER TEMPS AT TIMES. Many other homes with pools charge an additional pool heat fee but we have priced into nightly rate. Cook a gourmet meal in our upscale kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, dishes, glasses (indoor and outdoor) and spice rack. We thought of everything and provide soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, starter coffee/tea and condiments, paper towels, toilet tissue and washing machine pods. Also on-site are make-up mirror, hair dryer, iron/board and board games. Even a vacuum if you are into cleaning on vacation! If not into cooking, order in from one of many local restaurants in Villas or visit one of the towns numerous ice cream shops. Laundry room with large capacity washer/dryer. Home has central A/C and heat with tankless water heater for hot showers. There is a 1 car driveway with additional street parking. Guest access Guests have access to entire home and property, except for one outdoor shed. Other things to note House is dog friendly with one allowed up to 50 lbs. Exceptions may be made.
