The space Welcome to our newly remodeled modern 4 bdrm/3 bath home nestled in the quaint Del Haven area just steps from the Delaware Bay and its spectacular sunsets. You will have access to the entire property and all of it’s amenities which include: spacious bedrooms, open concept common areas which will comfortably accommodate all guests, outdoor shower including a dog wash area, full kitchen including a kenmore profile gas stove, outdoor firepit, volleyball, basketball net, game room with an arcade game and foosball table, cornhole and a barbecue (as an added cleaning fee) with outdoor comfortable seating. Our backyard is a wonderland of recreation with plenty of room for playing and relaxing! The barbeque grill is available for a $50 cleaning fee! 1 King bed, 2 queen beds and a kids room with 2 twins and 2 full beds make it super comfortable for multiple families! Pets weighing under 35 lbs are welcome and will love playing in our enclosed custom pet park with its own fire hydrant and obstacle course! Our pet fee is $50 per night for up to 2 pets! Please include your pet when booking! We also offer a gym which has dumbbells, a universal lifting machine, a Peloton bike and a NordicTrack treadmill. The gym code will be provided after our waiver is signed by all adult guests staying in the house. We are a short drive to many popular attractions which include the Wildwood Boardwalk and beaches, Cape May Beaches and promenade, our award winning Cape May County Zoo, Stone Harbor, Cape May – Lewes Ferry and Cape May Point State Park. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive as well as shopping, movies, bowling, arcades, a par 3 golf course, waterparks, wineries, breweries and much more. You can also play, fish, bird watch, kayak and paddle board steps from our home in the Delaware Bay! Although our area has so much to offer, you will be so comfortable at our home, you may not want to leave! This house is perfect for large groups or smaller families and the best part of this listing is the house itself! Guest access You will have access to the entire property. It is completely private! Detached garage has a game room with a tv and gym, featuring a foos ball table, Pac-Man video game, tv, Nordic track treadmill, peloton, dumbbells and a universal machine! Other things to note We have a detailed inventory list and everything is counted before and after check in.
