Plantation shutters allow as much or as little natural light in as you want. Adjustable memory foam beds (1 king, 1 queen) allow you to sleep in complete comfort. Living room has 2 recliners and a pull-out sofa. Clean eat-in kitchen with newer appliances, soft close cabinets, and separate pantry. Ocean/Beach view from private balcony. Smart TVs in living room and bedrooms. 2 points of entry/egress from hallway and kitchen. Guest access The entire space is accessible excluding the attic. On the back stairs there are beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach toys/balls. Feel free to use them, but please return them clean, dry, and undamaged. There are large clotheslines in the back (parking lot area) for drying your beach towels/clothes. There is 1 parking space clearly marked “302B” in the parking lot. Other things to note MUST BE 21+ to book. Booking guest Must be present for entire length of stay. NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS! Example: a parent cannot book for someone under 21 without being present for the entire length of the stay
