Our first floor, end-unit condo is newly furnished and renovate featuring a new Air Conditioning Unit, a walkout lanai, tropical decor, new flooring, fresh paint and ukuleles for everyone to enjoy. In the bedroom you will relax on the plush new king bed, as the refreshing cross breeze flows through the jalousie windows. The bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan to keep you cool as you sleep through the night. Ear plugs are available for light sleepers. The tropical living room offers a new sofa sleeper with a memory foam queen mattress, a flat-screen TV with Spectrum Cable and Roku, stylish chairs, and a ukulele. For the inspiring ukulele players in the family; beginner how-to guides and additional ukuleles are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a new Keurig, coffee bean grinder, coffee machine, rice cooker, blender, mixer, mini pineapple waffle maker, cookies sheets, and bbq utensils so you can prepare delicious meals. You can eat at the new dining table or enjoy the lanai for an al fresco experience in the tropical surroundings. Having young kids ourselves, we created a family-friendly unit with amenities to include: a pack-n-play, bibs, feeding chair, kids utensils, a kids' ukulele, toys, puzzles, books, boogie boards, sand toys, a folding wagon to ensure a fantastic stay for your children. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and it’s contents, all the amenities offered at the beautiful 35-acre Kiahuna Plantation Resort and complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. The location is unbeatable, with a quick five-minute walk to both Poipu Beach and Kiahuna beach. You can grab complimentary chairs and towels from the beach hut or even sign up for a surf lesson. Our unit provides two Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a umbrella, snorkel gear, a cooler, boogie boards, a beach blanket, water toys, and a folding wagon for your use on the resort or at any of Kauai's stunning beaches. Poipu Beach and Lawai Beach are nearby and perfect for snorkeling or observing sea turtles and sea lions. As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the exclusive Poipu Beach Athletic Club, located just across the street. At the Athletic Club you can enjoy the resort style pool, complete with a waterslide and a sand-bottomed keiki section, as well as the hot tub. The Fitness center, equipped with a cardio room and weight pavilion. The club offers additional amenities like tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, shuffleboard, yoga and water aerobics classes, Cabana Restaurant and much more. Convenient complimentary parking is available right outside the unit.
