The contract will just outline the basic house rules. There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged. Please be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud/rowdy and have parties. would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.
