Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious king bedroom and full bathroom! There is a cozy living room and kitchen table. Outdoor is a darling front porch table & there is outdoor eating at the side of the house. Lots of space for parking! Guest access You will have the entire cottage, back parking area and share the beautiful fenced yard that is set under gorgeous trees! The back entrance door will have Clear Lake Information, a welcome book and a place to hang your jacket. Other things to note Please know this property is fenced with another larger house that is dog friendly. We ask all dog renters to pick up after their dog!
