Be treated to all the luxuries with comfortable queen sized beds, spacious living room + reading room, and fully equipped kitchen. Beautifully decorated with antique and one-of-a-kind furnishings. Enter through the reading room with windows on all sides and a comfy chaise lounge. Your fully equipped eat-in kitchen is stocked with every appliance and tool you might need to serve up a gourmet meal or grab your morning coffee. Enjoy two private bedrooms: 1 on the main floor and bedroom 2 is a private basement room with separate full bath. The living room is well appointed with comfortable furniture, plenty of books + a few happy house plants. A wide (twin bed sized) sofa in the living room can serve as a third bed. An office with antique desk and high speed wifi are on the first floor. In the backyard, enjoy the hammock, fire pit, and high end patio furniture. You’ll have access to the whole house including laundry in the basement, except storage which will be locked. The garage is not available as part of the rental. We’ll be available by text for anything you need during your stay. We’re a block away from the Fairfield Country Club. Our neighborhood is quiet and a short 15 minute walk or 4 minute drive to the town square. You can park in our driveway. Fairfield is generally walkable and bike-able. You’ll want a car to access the main stores. Please let us know when you plan to bring pets. Dogs only and 2 dogs max.
