No starbucks nearby ..🤙🏼 The space Ocean view guest house, 5 minute walk from black sand beach Enjoy the privacy of our detached 675 square foot guest house, together with its dedicated and private 300 square foot lanai. Lounge chairs face the ocean with a view of waves in the distance hitting the sea cliffs. The guest house is under the same roof, but separate from, our main house. It includes a fully equipped indoor kitchenette, with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fridge with icemaker, toaster, blender and more. The bathroom includes a steam shower and dressing area. The king bed includes head and foot controls. There are several ceiling and space fans, plus air conditioning if you desire. TV and internet are available, of course. The guest house is part of our larger estate, designed by the architect owner who lives on property and is available to respond to your needs. It has high ceilings and clerestory ventilation, like the main house. The separate and private lanai features a barbeque grill and air frier, and an intimate table for home dining. Large lanai chairs, a sofa and a fire pit are there for your use. There are plenty of supplies if you want a beach day -- fold-up chairs, boogie boards and snorkels. In addition, there's a shared swimming pool available by appointment. Guest access Big grassy yard, pool.
