"A Shore Thing" is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home that sleeps up to 6 guests. Two parking spaces in the driveway is included as well as free on-street parking which is first-come, first-serve. Other things to note Friendly Reminders & Policies: Pre-Arrival Process: To ensure a seamless check-in, we use a secure, web-based system called Happy Guest for our rental agreement, ID verification, and security hold. It’s a simple process you can complete on your phone, no app download is required. * You will receive a link to complete these steps after booking. * A security hold of $750 is placed on your credit card, similar to a hotel check-in. * Please note: Arrival instructions will not be sent until these steps are completed, and refunds are not possible if they are skipped. - Guests must be 30 years or older to book without Parent/Guardian - Absolutely no smoking in the unit - No pets allowed ($500 fee applies, and immediate departure required) - This is not a party house! Can't stress this enough. - Maximum occupancy of 9 guests - No discounts offered Please understand that these guidelines are in place to protect the owner, neighbors, and future guests.
