This comfortable, peaceful, upgraded Waikoloa Beach Resort condo has sunset, golf course and peek a boo ocean views. Remodel was completed in November 2017. The Shores at Waikoloa is centrally located for easy access to A-Bay beach and Big Island activities. The condo is a short walk to the pool, tennis courts and gym. The lanai overlooks the quiet, private part of the complex with a lava field buffer between the building and golf course. It has a fantastic view of the sunset most of the year. The space The Shores at Waikoloa is the place for your Big Island vacation! Our condo has recently been upgraded with new tile floors throughout, new tub and showers , widening of galley kitchen, granite countertops, refinished wet bar and new lighting. We are located close to Anaehoomalu Bay for easy access to the sandy beach. The nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Marriott (both a pleasant short walk) offer luau's and restaurants. Various shops and restaurants are also available at Kings' Shops and Queens' Marketplace. Enjoy sunset, golf course and peek a boo ocean view from the large lanai. This comfortable, upgraded Waikoloa Beach Resort condo is in a great location. The open floor plan, quiet location and outdoor scenery provide a sense of serenity. The master bedroom has views from the large window and contains a king bed. With a sliding door opening to the lanai, the second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed on request. There is a flat screen TV in each room and high speed wireless internet is included. There is central air conditioning with a 73 degree minimum setting which is on a six hour timer. The Shores have the largest Lanais in the resort. The expansive lanai includes a wet bar and small electric barbeque. Gas Weber barbecues are available at the barbecue areas. The Shores at Waikoloa is a three story condominium complex spread out over 11.4 acres. The property is made up of waterfalls leading to ponds all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Within the complex is a beautiful pool with a Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a fitness center and three barbeque areas. The property is gated with plenty of free private parking. The location is within a 10-15 minute walk to Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay), shops, restaurants, Hilton Waikoloa Village and Waikoloa Beach Marriott. Just outside The Shores entry gate is the Tropics ale House. It’s a sports bar that offers lunch, dinner and drinks. Guest access The Shores has free parking, tennis courts, fitness center and a pool for your enjoyment. Our unit includes high speed free internet Other things to note Effective January 1 2026 the Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax will increase by 0.75%. For arrival dates after December 31, 2025 this tax increase will be added after your booking. We are happy to take phone calls and help with any problems during your stay. We also have a local property manager that can help with needs. On the South end of A-Bay is Lava Lava Beach Club which is a great place to dine, have drinks and watch the sunset. You will often see turtles along the beach if you walk South past Lava Lava Beach Club. The Volcanoes National Park is a 90 minute drive and well worth visiting. The Mauna Kea Observatory has a visitor center that offers beautiful views of the sunset and on most evenings offers telescopes for star gazing. We highly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance for their reservation.
