The space This Lanesville mid-century modern home is all about light, open space, and fantastic views from nearly every room and window onto the Ipswich Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Vaulted ceiling open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace, stone hearth, a large comfy window seat, deck for dining, and ocean views throughout. Our fully stocked kitchen is designed for serious cooking and entertaining-- with two sinks, two ovens, high end appliances, bamboo cabinetry and a stainless steel/granite island. There is also a beautiful kitchen nook, complete with a built-in desk that has an expansive view of the sea-- not a bad place to work remotely, if one must! The dining area's sliding glass doors open onto the deck with have another clear view of the ocean. On the deck, you'll find more outdoor spaces for sea view dining and lounging. The primary master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, water views, a queen bed and ensuite bath with a tiled shower with a sea view. On the same floor, there is a second office/bedroom with a built-in, spacious desk, bookshelves, and a newly installed Murphy bed with a new full sized, comfortable hybrid mattress. There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door. The first floor family suite includes more spectacular water views with: another queen bedroom, a large family/TV room with wifi for streaming, a second fireplace, a second full bath with a deep tub/shower, a laundry area, granite wet bar with a second dishwasher and mini fridge, ample closets and storage, sliding glass doors onto two stone patio areas, a gas grill, an outdoor couch and dining area, and a large lawn and gardens--all with . On the third floor of the home, you will find a sweet upper roof deck/lookout, perfect for sunsets, morning coffee, cocktails, cool breezes.
