This split-level home, renovated in 2023, is designed for comfort—ideal for beach trips, family getaways, or long weekends. Located an 8-min walk to downtown Cape May Court House with restaurants and stores. Stone Harbor is 8 minutes by car, Cape May 20 minutes, and Wildwood Crest 15 minutes. A central, updated home base for your shore stay. The space The interior floors have original tongue & groove hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen & bath has tiled floors. The living room has a closet, daybed, lounge chairs and ottomans. The dining area can seat 6 guests with 3 additional at the kitchen peninsula. The bathroom has 1 closet, single basin vanity and a shower system which includes an overhead shower with a handheld shower. First bedroom has a king bed with 2 closets, and a small chair. Second bedroom has a full bed with a trundle twin, and 1 closet. Third bedroom has a queen bed with 1 closet. Guest access The entire unit leading from the front entrance on Hand Avenue is for our guest(s). Our guest(s) may also access the rear year and outside grounds of the property. The garage is storage for the hosts and is off-limits to our guest(s). Other things to note A minimum age of 25+ is required. Late check-out may be available upon approval for $30 per hour, or 40% of the nightly rate for extensions beyond 2–3 hours.
