The space Cute Townhome in quiet cookie-cutter subdivision in a growing college-town close to thriving downtown college nightlife & located right off the main interstates (I-12 & I-55) making for convenient travel & less than 3 min. drive to enjoy shopping mall, popular dine-in restaurants, major grocery chain retailers, & the airport! New Orleans, Baton Rouge, & “The Northshore” are all major business & tourist destination cities conveniently situated within less than a 40-mile radius (35 min drive) from each, making my home the perfect hub to cover all your needs! Guest access Access my Entire home, excluding my bedroom, attic, & garage. During your stay Make yourself at HOME please! You won’t even notice I’m there honestly since I’ll just be quietly sleeping in my bedroom. I’m gone most of the time to work, but when I’m there at night I’ll be living in the back bedroom. I typically leave for work In mornings by 10am & return home at night by 10pm. Saturdays I’m usually gone too (working 12pm-6pm) & Sundays I’ll be working too at some point.
