Cute Townhome in quiet cookie-cutter subdivision in a growing college-town close to thriving downtown college nightlife & located right off the main interstates (I-12 & I-55) making for convenient travel & less than 3 min. drive to enjoy shopping mall, popular dine-in restaurants, major grocery chain retailers, & the airport! New Orleans, Baton Rouge, & “The Northshore” are all major business & tourist destination cities conveniently situated within less than a 40-mile radius (35 min drive) from each, making my home the perfect hub to cover all your needs!
