The space This crisp and bright second-floor abode is the perfect retreat for those searching for a more unique New Orleans stay! Just down the block from famous historic Frenchmen street, less than a mile walk to the French Quarter, CBD, and steps off St. Claude Avenue. Head to Crescent Park for a leisurely stroll or jog along the mighty Mississippi. The surroundings serve up a clean, comfortable, private and secure offering for your stay. You'll be within walking of the best dining, bars, and live entertainment the city has to offer! Fully refreshed in 2023 you'll sleep easy in a queen size bed and relax in a period appropriate cast iron clawfoot shower/tub. Equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, two comfortable sofas, TV and high-speed wifi to suit the comforts needed for vacationers and executive guests. The Marigny is full of life and energy! For those light sleepers, there is a train a few blocks away that will sound its horn intermittently. You’ll be able to hear it, along with some road noise, during your stay. There is a sound machine in the bedroom for white noise , if you need it!
