Spacious open floor plan & comfortable feel. You will have the run of the first floor. The space The condo is 2 floors, you have nearly exclusive access to the entire 1st floor which includes 1 Bedroom (Queen Bed), Kitchen (fully furnished), 1 full bathroom with large Marble shower, living room (couch sleeps 1; very comfortable!) with space for an air mattress. Living room has a 55” tv that streams whatever you like, currently connected to AppleTV, YouTubeTV (cable television), Netflix, AmazonPrime, Hulu, Showtime.. The outdoor space has a sectional couch and a few other chairs as well. The lower level has its own Living room, bedroom and bathroom. Makes roommate situations very separate and private. No guarantee someone will be there while you're there. The space may go unbooked. During your stay You will have nearly exclusive access to the first floor, I have my own living room, bedroom and bathroom downstairs in the basement - You'll only see me when I enter/exit the unit. Other things to note I have a very friendly and well behaved dog (Boxer); Nitro is 4 yrs. old. You can interact with him as little or as much as you desire.
