Home is not available for photoshoots or videography events ** Master Bed: King size bed with it's own Master Bath, workspace and Smart T.V. 2nd Bed: Full over Full bunk beds with easy access to hall bath. Living Room: Couch, love seat, and Smart TV. Log in to your favorite apps or watch Free Live tv! Kitchen: Island with two seats for dining, microwave, gas stove, and stocked with essential cooking and dining items. Dining Room: 4 person dining table. Parking: 1 Car garage and space for two additional cars in driveway (overnight side street parking not allowed so 3 cars max). Patio: overlooks a small pond and has cozy patio furniture Please note “starter supplies” consist of the following: *1 roll of toilet paper for each bath *1 roll of paper towels *2 dish pods *A fresh trash bag in each trash can *2 laundry pods *kuerig coffee pods, sugar, and sweet n low *linens and towels provided *travel sized shampoo, condition, and body wash in each bath (please do not remove containers) Guest access Entire home except owners' closets in Laundry Room. Other things to note This home is located near a small pond with a low fence in back yard. Please be aware that fencing may not prevent small children from accessing the pond and book at your own risk. Max 3 car parking. HOA does not allow side street parking. No parties, birthday parties, gatherings, photo shoots or events. No pets. Quiet hours are strictly enforced due to nature of the subdivision. Any violation of any of these will be reported to Airbnb immediately and stay will be terminated with no refunds.
